Service Scope and Applicability

WeekVPN provides access to international routes, subscription management, and related services needed for client configuration across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Route resources are intended to improve cross-border access and connection paths to international websites. Actual performance may be affected by the user's network location, the target service, device environment, and route maintenance.

Depending on network conditions, the service may schedule routes, maintain nodes, update configurations, or make necessary technical adjustments. Some websites or applications may restrict access based on region, account status, or their own policies. WeekVPN does not guarantee the content, policies, or continued availability of third-party services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, plan selection, and activity carried out through their accounts. If an account appears compromised or abnormal, users should change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Each account is limited to management and use by its registrant, with no device limit. Subscriptions may not be resold, accounts rented, login credentials publicly shared, or route resources provided in bulk to third parties. Users must not maliciously consume service resources through automation or engage in conduct that affects routes, systems, or other users.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm the plan type and usage requirements before making a selection.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the rules of target websites, applications, and content platforms. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious programs, attacks on network systems, disruption of public network order, or unauthorized access to another person's data.

If use leads to complaints, regulatory requests, or security risks, WeekVPN may review necessary account and subscription status information and restrict access, suspend service, or terminate an account. Users are responsible for determining whether their intended use is lawful and for any consequences arising from their own actions.

Service Availability and Liability

WeekVPN provides the service according to its existing technical and operational conditions and performs necessary maintenance. Network fluctuations, device settings, carrier routing, target platform changes, system maintenance, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some routes.

For scheduled maintenance, this site will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through page announcements or the user panel. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses caused by third-party policy changes, device failures, incorrect configuration, mishandling of account credentials, or events beyond reasonable control in excess of the fees paid for the corresponding service.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the order and payment records can be verified. Once a request is accepted, the relevant subscription may be stopped. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel, and the final arrival status depends on that channel.

In cases involving subscription resale or sharing, damage to service facilities, disruption of other users, unlawful activity, or continued violation of these terms, WeekVPN may restrict features, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account. When urgent action is required due to a security risk, access may be restricted first, followed by a review based on available information.

Changes and Effective Date

WeekVPN may update these terms because of service changes, legal requirements, or operational rule changes. Updates will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations may also be announced through the user panel.

Updated terms take effect when published. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated content. If users do not accept the changes, they may stop using the service and submit a request under the applicable refund terms. Matters not covered here will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations and the service information in effect on this site.
