Our Service Model

Cross-region connections can be affected by physical distance, carrier routing, and the region where a service is hosted. WeekVPN provides switchable international routes, so users can choose a path based on their location, destination, and actual connection performance. Registration requires only a username and password, with no email address needed. Monthly subscriptions and never-expiring data packages suit ongoing and on-demand use respectively.

Routes and Troubleshooting

Routes are selected primarily for connection stability, cross-border link quality, and compatibility with commonly used services. If a webpage will not load, speeds drop, or the connection is interrupted, check the subscription status, client settings, current route, and local network in that order. If necessary, switch to another route in the same region, rather than changing several settings at once and losing a clear basis for comparison.

Plan data resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the remaining days are prorated based on the price difference. When choosing the service for the first time, consider your actual usage. Payments are covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy.

Privacy Position

WeekVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the webpages users access. Account information is collected on a data-minimization basis, and an email address is not required during registration. To deliver subscriptions, identify plan status, and handle issues, the service processes only information needed for operation.
